Doener-Imbiss Mesopotamien in Sorup

Ordered regular doner kebab, jumbo doner kebab and pommdöner. Had to wait in the car because of Corona. Food was brought to the car. So you couldn't follow what was being done. At home there was a children's kebab in the bag and it was also labeled with Ki. The jumbo kebab was half empty. We had to pay 15 € for the car. Even with normal doner kebab instead of children's kebab it was too much according to their own prices on the menu. Normally this is called fraud. Less customer.

A pity.... Once again given a chance which unfortunately was not used again. I am certainly not a difficult customer to satisfy, but when the meat is thick and some of the fries are jet black, even the smallest amount of sauce cannot save anything .. A little tip go to Satrup because you get something for your money!

So I'm really used to what kebab shops are, so it's hard to tear myself from my stool. But the kebab here how can I say? It's bomb. Was in a bad mood when I had to wait 35min for my order but the taste ripped it out. In my opinion the best I've eaten up here so far. Unfortunately only gives 5 stars otherwise you would have received more.

We ordered via Lieferando, after 59 min delivery time there was no feedback and no food. After 1 1/2 hours and asking our website, we got the answer "no idea we have a lot to do" after several inquiries we were told that the ordered food would be there in 20 minutes. After 40 minutes the food was really there, but unfortunately wrong. Instead of the ordered chips with nuggets, our child was unfortunately supplied with a doner plate. (Driver was very nice and made several apologies). The food for our son came after 20 minutes. The friendly driver only gave it 2 stars. Unfortunately the first and last time we ordered something there.

When ordering by phone we were not told that we were outside the delivery area, the order was taken normally. After about 1.5 hours, WE called when the food arrived. Then the statement that it was too far. Then picked up myself. On arrival, no excuse not to call back, not even a can of coke or similar as an excuse. Conclusion: Service pretty bad Food was fine but nothing special either.

Finally a kebab snack that has really delicious things. We've got several different things and everything was really delicious and fresh. Also the people are very friendly. We'll get something more often. We recommend !!! 6 months later still delicious !!!
